Hello everyone! That's me!!... Byron Chertik, and I live just outside of Pittsburgh, PA. This was my forth term at Kaplan, and I have now completed 8 classes so far. First, I want to obtain an Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems, and then I will continue on for my Bachelors Degree in Information Technology.
I'll be turning 45 years old on November 2nd, 2005 and I am the father of five great kids! Their ages are 21, 20, 18, 17, and 16. My lovely wife, Suzy, is a true joy! She has been an inspiration for me because of her continued support and encouragement. You can learn more about my wife and kids in the Family page of this web site.
I work for a company named Chorus Call, Inc. as a Telecom Project Manager. Although my job includes a lot of PC setup and repair functions, I've had no experience with web page development prior to this class. What I've learned over the past ten weeks will certainly help my Resume.
The online degree program at Kaplan University
