Internet Browser "Cookie" Settings

Follow the steps below to check/change Internet browser cookie settings. Your Internet browser must accept session cookies.

Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
1. On the Menu Bar, click "Tools"
2. Scroll down to "Internet Options" and click.
3. Click on the "Privacy" tab at the top of the Internet Options window
4. Click on Advanced button
5. On the Advanced Privacy Settings Window, check the box next to "Override automatic cookie handling"
6. Also check the box next to "Always allow session cookies"
7. Click Ok. The Advanced Privacy Settings Window will close.
8. The Internet Options Window should still be open. Next, click on the "sites" button.
9. The Per Site Privacy Actions Window should now be open.If the bottom text are is blank, click "ok"
10. Under the label "Managed Web sites:" there is a text area with a column labeled "Domain"
11. Scroll through the list of domains and search for choruscall.com and services.choruscall.com
12. Once found, right click on these fields and click remove, or highlight the domains and click the "Remove" button on the right.
13. Click OK and run the test again
Netscape 7.1 or higher
1. On the Menu Bar, click "Tools"
2. Scroll down to "Options" and click.
3. In the Options Window, click on the Shield Icon labeled "Site Controls".
4. Click on the "Site List" tab at the top of the window.
5. Under the label "My Settings" there are a list of website addresses.
6. Find choruscall.com in the list and click on it.
7. To the right, under "Web Features", check the box next to "Allow cookies"
8. Make sure that the check boxes next to "Enable Javascript" and "Enable Java" are marked.
9. Also make sure the check box next "Open requested pop-ups in new tab" is checked.
10. Click "OK" and run test again to verify that your changes have taken place
Firefox 1.5 or higher
1. Click on the Tools-menu
2. Click on the Options... item in the menu - a new window opens
3. Click on the Privacy selection in the left part of the window.
4. Expand the Cookies section.
5. Check the Enable cookies and Accept cookies normally checkboxes.
6. Save changes by clicking Ok
Safari 2.0 or higher
1. From the Safari menu, click Preferences.
2. From the Security dialog box, from Accept Cookies, click to select Always.
3. Click Close.
Camino 1.0 or higher
1. On the menu bar, click "Camino".
2. Scroll down to "preferences" and click.
3. Click the "Privacy" option from the menu.
4. Make sure that the "Don't accept any cookies" option is not selected.

Pop-up blocking software

Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
1. On the Menu Bar, click "Tools"
2. Scroll down to "Pop-Up Blocker" and click.
3. A menu will open to the right. If the first option is "Turn off Pop-Upr Blocker", click it.
4. Run test again to verify the change has taken place
Netscape 7.1 or higher
1. On the Menu Bar, click "Tools"
2. Scroll down to "Options" and click.
3. In the Options Window, click on the Shield Icon labeled "Site Controls".

Firefox 1.5 or higher
1. To disable pop-ups in Firefox, go to Tools >>>> Options.
2. Once the Options window is open, as indicated to the left, click on Web Features.
3. Next, UN-Check the Block Popup Windows Box. Click OK at the bottom to accept the changes.
Safari 2.0 or higher
1. Click on Safari
2. Make sure Block Pop-Up Windows does NOT have a tick against it.
3. If it does, click on Block Pop-Up Windows to enable popups.
4. Quit/exit Safari after you change settings and then re-start the application.
Camino 1.0 or higher
1. On the menu bar, click "Camino".
2. Scroll down to "preferences" and click.
3. Click the "Web Features" option from the menu.
4. Remove the check mark next to the "Block pop-up windows" option.
Google Toolbar
1. To disable pop-ups from the Google Toolbar, click on Options
2. Once the Toolbar Options window is open, UN-Check the Popup Blocker Box.
3. Click OK at the bottom to accept the changes.
Yahoo Toolbar
1. To disable pop-ups from the Yahoo Toolbar, Click on the small picture of a window with a shield.
2. If there is a check mark next to "Enable Pop-Up Blocker"
highlight it and click
3. The check mark should disappear
*After the media event is over, please remember to turn your pop-up blocker back on.

If your slides are not changing and/or do not appear your browser may not be compatible. Please check the browser specifications in the hints section. Please note that Windows Media Player is only supported in Internet Explorer, and slides will not change with this option even in other supported browsers.
