Please note that Windows Media Player is only supported in Internet Explorer and Firefox (with this plugin) on a Windows PC only.
For all other browsers and on Mac computers, please use either Adobe Flash Player or Real Player. If you still continue to experience problems, please test your system using the link on the upper left portion of this screen.
If you are using Firefox with Real Player, there is an installation problem with several versions of the plugin that will cause live events to miss slide changes and the player controls to be unusable in an archive. This can be resolved by upgrading to the latest version of Real Player by clicking here. Please remember to close and restart Firefox after upgrading.
